Software Engineer

Expanded from frontend into fullstack delivery after being promoted, while continuing to own customer-facing interfaces across the product suite.

• Contribute API endpoints and server-side logic in NestJS, and maintain internal back-office tooling in PHP/Laravel.
• Continue building product interfaces in TypeScript, React and Next.js, extending the shared component library used across products.
• Work with backend engineers on API contract design from both sides of the integration, reducing rework between frontend and backend.
• Actively learning the fundamentals underneath: data modelling, transactions, auth, caching and how systems fail.

Frontend Engineer

Shipped three customer-facing platforms end to end, working with product, design and backend teams to turn requirements into production interfaces.

• Orbita by Bluebulb: built the frontend for a cross-border treasury application where Nigerian businesses receive, convert and pay out across USD, EUR, GBP and NGN, with multi-currency dashboards and real-time FX flows.
• Rabafast: built the client for a global payments rail for MSMEs, focused on low-latency UI states and reliable transaction feedback across USD, EUR and GBP settlements.
• Buyletlive: delivered the interface for a property marketplace with advanced filtering and direct agent-contact flows, covering listings nationwide.
• Engineered reusable component libraries in TypeScript, React and Next.js, and applied Tailwind design tokens and accessibility practices across all three products.

Frontend Engineer (Contract)

Built the frontend for ExamsAfrica (now Eduqore), Velox's online examination platform.

• Engineered responsive, accessible web interfaces with React, Next.js and Tailwind across mobile and desktop.
• Profiled and tuned performance and Core Web Vitals alongside designers and backend engineers, improving load behaviour and search visibility.
• Implemented semantic markup and accessibility patterns, improving usability for assistive technologies.

Frontend Engineer

Converted UI designs and wireframe prototypes into production React applications for a borrower-facing lending client.

• Integrated credit-scoring, KYC and disbursement REST APIs into the borrower-facing client, enabling end-to-end lending journeys.
• Embedded Tawk live chat client-side, giving borrowers real-time support during sign-up and loan application flows.
• Debugged API integration issues with backend engineers and refined error-handling UX, improving reliability of customer-facing flows.

Frontend Engineer

First engineering role, supporting delivery of custom web applications for external clients.

• Turned hand-off specs into reusable React components aligned with each client's brand guidelines.
• Worked alongside senior engineers and designers in an agile squad, pair-programming and taking part in code reviews.
• Contributed to sprint planning and demos, helping the team ship client deliverables on schedule.
